Master Lease Agreement
The Rental or Lease Agreement is a legal contract between Tenant and Landlord — both of whom have responsibilities under the contract. It is the most important document between the two parties. As such, you will want to ensure you have read it in its entirety and you understand it completely.
While your particular Rental Agreement may have slight differences, attached is a sample Agreement that is similar. If at any time you have questions regarding your Rental Agreement, please contact us.
Paying Rent Online (Electronic Check)
Let's face it...paying rent can be a hassle. Fortunately, now there are plenty of options to streamline the process, for both you and us. We partner with QuickBooks online, a secure web-based system that can be used for payment and collection services. QuickBooks uses industry-standard 256-bit encrypted SSL technology so all communication between your browser and their website is secure. They will never send or request your bank account information through email.

Monthly, you'll receive an email statement (bill) for your monthly rent. The email will be sent from info@REabodes.com and should typically arrive about a week before your rent is due.

When you receive the email statement, you'll have the option to pay electronically directly from your web browser. Simply follow these steps:

Open the message, which includes a note from us followed by a summary of your statement. (The statement will be attached to the message.)

To pay, just click the link in the email directing you to a website. From the website, click the "Pay Now" button in the top right-hand corner.

From there, follow the step-by-step directions. The information related to your account is encrypted, and all transactions occur over a secure Internet connection.

You don't need special software and the service is free to you. If you have an e-mail address, an Internet connection, and a savings or checking account, you're ready to go! (You'll need the info below related to your bank account.)
Pets
As a general rule, REabodes does not allow pets; however, there may be occasions where exceptions apply. All approvals will be on a case by case basis. IF APPROVED, the expectations of pet owners are as follows (not an all-inclusive list):

No animals under the age of 6 months will be accepted.

Owners asking for an exception will need to fully and accurately complete the Pets section on the Lease Application, including references.

The owner or a representative of REabodes must meet and pre-approve the pet prior to moving into a property.

IF APPROVED, the Pet Lease Agreement (addendum A) is required as part of the Master Lease Agreement.

Tenants will be charged an upfront $200 non-refundable fee, along with a monthly fee of $30 per pet, in addition to their normal rent, utilities, and any other expenses.

In the event a pet owner is negligent with regard to clean-up or allows access to areas the pet could damage, the tenant will be fined or money will be taken from the security deposit.

Owners will be required to show proof of renter's insurance including liability coverage for pets.
